The given shipping policy (“Shipping Policy”) read in conjunction with the terms and conditions and privacy policy as displayed on Our Platform, establishes a legally binding agreement between the User and Refyne Tech Private Limited (“The Company”), a private limited Company registered under Companies Act, 2013, owning, running and operating the Website and Platform branded under the name ‘Refyne’ (“Platform”).  Any reference in the form of “we”, “us” and “our” would hereinafter refer to the Company. Any person who accesses or uses the Platform shall be termed as the “User”, any reference to “You”, “Their”, “Them” shall hereinafter refer to the User. Your access and/or usage of the Platform indicates that you have read, understood and agreed in full to this Shipping Policy.

All orders are processed within 7-14 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, product availability, and carrier services.

We will provide you with an estimated delivery date when your order is shipped.

Shipping Partners

The delivery of Your products shall be done by our logistics partners. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will investigate the matter and provide a resolution, such as reshipping the item or issuing a refund. Our entire liability for loss or damage of packages is to refund the amount charged as price of the product to You. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages or consequences arising from such loss or damage.

Shipping Address:

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.   


Changes to Shipping Address:

We may not be able to accommodate changes to shipping addresses if your order has already been shipped.
